1. General Provisions

Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

If a refund is applicable, it will be made via the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days depending on the card issuer’s policies.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is being processed, it cannot be canceled by the customer.

Orders placed from accounts with prohibited content, false information, or negative behavior may be canceled without refund.
