Buy.Fans RETURN TERMS (REFUND POLICY)

As stated in the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the return of the products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, damaged due to any use, disposable products, copyable games, software, products and programs delivered in digital environment are not accepted. For your other return requests, if you want to return the product you ordered after receiving it for any reason, here is what you need to know:

Buy.Fans does not issue refunds except for the following reasons:

1- Incomplete order (Within 72 Hours)

2- Incomplete sending of the order

3- Incorrect sending of the order

In the three cases mentioned above, refunds requested for a different reason are not accepted. Missing shipments, incorrect shipments, incomplete orders are calculated and sent again.

Delivery Times and Delivery Types

The delivery time of purchased products may vary depending on the delivery duration specified within the product details. The delivery types stated in the product descriptions serve as preliminary information for customers regarding the method and timeframe in which the service will be delivered.

If the package includes the phrase “natural speed delivery,” the related service is delivered in a controlled manner by the technical team. Under this delivery method, orders are processed by considering technical factors such as platform updates, operational health, system security, and order volume. Therefore, the delivery time may vary compared to other standard delivery methods.

Especially for high-volume orders, deliveries may proceed at a natural and controlled pace to ensure that processes are completed safely and reliably. This approach is implemented to maintain service quality and to comply with relevant platform policies.

Customers who purchase packages labeled “natural speed delivery” are deemed to have accepted that the delivery time may take longer than standard delivery durations. The delivery process continues until the customer receives a notification confirming that the order has been completed, via email, SMS, or a similar notification method.

In the event that payment institutions or authorized persons/institutions request information regarding the status of an order, the transaction records and log records related to the order may be provided based on the data available at the time of the request.

Customers complete their purchases by reviewing the delivery conditions specified in the package descriptions. However, if requested by the customer and in exceptional circumstances where the delivery time extends beyond reasonable limits, the service provider may offer the customer an alternative package or, upon the customer’s request, issue a refund to the customer’s on-site balance.

For orders placed through Buy.Fans, only pay with your legal payment methods. Although the site management does not accept any crime from the payments made to our site, the orders of the people who place an order with a stolen card will be cancelled. In addition, Buy.Fans management reserves the right to file a complaint against the person.

Our site is not responsible for delays/breaks due to updates made by social media channels. Buy.Fans assumes no liability, as no one knows when and under what conditions the updates will be made. Since the services will continue after the update, the site management reserves the right to hold and return the order. The order waiting period belongs to the site management and the customer accepts this and gives his order.

Service cannot be provided as a result of incomplete and incorrect information in the form you fill in the order section. You must carefully fill in the section about your account. Otherwise, your order will be canceled and no refund will be made.

Return requests from our customers whose orders have been processed will not be accepted. Order exactly when you decide to order.

When ordering through Buy.Fans, make sure your account is public. Transfers are not made to closed accounts, and your order will not be canceled and no refund will be made. Refunds are never made.

Buy.Fans has the right to cancel orders that do not receive positive comments from the management. Orders that will be sent to accounts with +18 and banned posts will not be canceled and no refund will be made.

The orders of people who slander our site in different channels will be cancelled. In addition, the fee charged by the site administration will not be refunded. Following this article, the site management always protects this right. Our customers accept this item and place an order.

The items in the return policy can be changed, added and deleted without notifying the customer. Our customers who place an order through the site are deemed to have accepted these items without question.

All responsibility that may arise if the customer purchases the same service from a different company and/or site before the orders you have created are completed belongs to the customer.

Buy.Fans reserves the right to cancel your order in case of any legal and/or refusal from a payment provider for payments made to Buy.Fans.

Users (Customers) are obliged to verify that the information they have given to Buy.Fans is correct and up-to-date. Buy.Fans cannot be held responsible for problems and problems arising due to this reason and cannot be returned/refunded.
